Ok so i tryed my names and there bollocks, so we need new names and we need to make the tiers so that we no how many ranks there are, and how many hardcore members we now have.

on top of that we need to no how to rank up and how we bring new members into the gash, as alot of gash have been giveing the open door into the clan, but this needs to stop as we need to get serious!!!!!

Each rank class will then be broken up into Snipers, Rifleman, Heavy Gunner and so forth changeing on the game that is being played, once a member has taken there role they can only SWAP a role not change EG sniper+heavy=Swap Sniper+(N/A)= EPIC FAIL!!! 

Teamwork is the key to victory so each Tier will have a UNIT CAPTAIN in witch players will be following/takeing orders from so that no one is running around doing a RAMBO *some players will be given RAMBO like status as the clan recruite more members or on a non-clan match

How about just doing a simple army rank structure. Then when gash grows a bit more add group captins etc...   just need a army rank list. (could use the COD one or make up our own with jazzy ones).

Now i would have the army rankings, but this is not the army so i think we should try to stay away from army ranks.... unless anyone has 200 kills - 0 deaths, I will right out MY version of ranks and role names based on how i judge you and how i think you play.

well ppl im pretty easy (actually im really easy) lol but being serious i not been in GASH long so what ever ya say is kl i down for what ever but i think you should also consider promotions n stuff as it would encourage ppl to try harder just a suggestion

We need to get every member accordingly on site and to keep logs if they are away or have left for a certain amount of time. As-well Members should at least accept game invites or to let you know if you will not be Jamming with you or others. 

But I agree with that Us WELSH should have our own rank lol
